“When it comes time for competition it takes preparation. Whether its’ karting or competing in the Eurocup the bottom line is you need to be in your best shape.”

“Without doubt, to successfully compete, a driver must log the necessary training miles leading up to the event. I think it is also important to include other sporting activities, riding, running and swimming along with regular stretching and weight training programs to reduce risk of injury and to insure my total body conditioning. In my experience cross-training is extremely important as it strengthens opposing muscle groups reducing chance of incurring an overuse injury during testing or competition.”
