The Team

Luciano is pleased to announce that he will start in Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup for the Interwetten.com Junior Team in 2010.

For the Interwetten.com racing team, the foundation of the Junior program was an important step in furtherance of young talents. The idea behind the Development Program is to recognise young talents at an early stage and to win them for the team by support and boost them constantly together with the main sponsor Interwetten.com. In case that a driver of the junior team wins the Eurocup Championship, Interwetten.com Racing and Renault Sport will bear the costs for the entire World Series by Renault 3.5 series season. Drivers and team would benefit from this upgrade as this will increase the chances of success in Formula Renault 3.5 series for both. Thus, the young drivers will get familiar with the World Series by Renault 3.5 tracks in the early hours of their carrier.

With the creation of the junior team, the Austrian racing team will be committed to two series for the first time since their founding in 2001. By taking a long view it could be the basis to link to their already proved successes.
